  • Can't down load LoTW get SSL certificate error

Need help with down loading QSL's from LoTW into HRD log book. Has been this way for awhile. I want to fix it now. Using HRD 6.4.0.794 Windows 7 64 bit i7 3770 CPU.
It was working on my laptop with HRD 6.1.4 until I upgraded it to 6.4.0.794. now it too does not work. My license key had expired since 1/20/2015.
Should I renew my license or just buy a new version of HDR to fix this problem? For now I have to import it indirectly from LoTW.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A new HRD licence key will not fix your LOTW problem.
The problem is caused by a setup problem or a Windows file problem.
Try executing "sfc /scannow" in a Command ( admin) window to see if you have any corrupt files.

Update: I ran the "sfc /scannow" in Command as admin and it did not come up with any errors. So I purchased a new key certificate and updated HRD to newest version.
Now LoTW down loads seem to be working ok. Looks like all is ok for now. Thank you for your help
