    After upgrading to the latest HRD call sign look ups caused the logbook application to become unresponsive.
    If testing call sign look ups using the setup menu (Logbook => Options => Callsign Lookup => Test) I didn't experience any hang ups.
    If using the Lookup pane I experienced application hang ups.

    I normally operate my computers using an account with standard user privileges.
    If I change my account to administrative privileges; call sign look ups operate as expected no hang ups. I can switch my user account between a standard and administrative user to replicate the problem.

    64-bit OS, x64-based processor
    Windows 10 Home, version 1903, OS build 18362.449
    HRD Logbook v6.7.0.244
    RELEASE 6.7.0.244
