Is it possible to launch the logbook without starting HRD?

Yes. You could run it from the HRDLLC folder or create a shortcut and place it on the Desktop. I only run the Logbook on its own when I also have N1MM running and use QSO Forwarding

G3UCQ is correct. I often open only LB in order to work with its layout and/or configuration. I don't need the rig on for that, and I don't need Rig Control running. I put a shortcut on the taskbar at the bottom of my screen. To make it I found the HRDLogbook.exe file in the Ham Radio Deluxe Program folder and right clicked to create a desktop shortcut. I then dragged it to the Taskbar.
