  • IC-7300 Modes don't change from computer

Just installed HRD Trial on a friends fresh install Win10 computer with a new IC-7300. Everything seems to work as expected other than the MODES can not be changed from the computer. It's stuck in LSB on the RC display no matter what you select using HRD RC or the 7300 directly. The 7300 does change modes when you make those choices on the touch screen, but is not reflected on the computer. I have checked settings as outlined elsewhere on this forum for HRD and the 7300 menu system and even checked all I could between his setup and my IC-7610 setup. Everything else works great.

Why doesn't everybody do this? It's so much easier than having to work through hundreds (or thousands) of log entries once or twice a YEAR.

Glad to know that. Had not seen anything posted about it. Won't worry his head about it, just work around it.
